Cancellation & refund policy

Each partner picks a refund % for each notice window, within our limits. You always see it before paying.

Default refund by notice time

If you cancel, you get the refund % for your notice window, minus the 5% bank fee.
If the partner declines or doesn't confirm in time, you choose a 100% refund or wallet credit valid for 6 months.
Refunds go back to the same card. Banks can take 5–10 business days to show them.
Problems on the day? Report them from your trip within 48 hours and our team will review it.
